Some players from the USC Trojans but now playing football in Seattle Seahawks jerseys may be glad to hear that their old coach Pete Carroll will be with them in Seattle as the team’s new coach. Turning in his resignation from USC, Carroll is now having negotiation with the Seahawks and there will be a result soon.
The Seahawks were in Los Angeles negotiating with Carroll on Sunday—while lining up interviews to find their next general manager. Seahawks chief executive officer Tod Leiweke spent the day in California any may stay there for Monday until a deal is done.
The GM choices include former Tennessee Titans general manager Floyd Reese, New York Giants personnel man Marc Ross, Green Bay Packers executive John Schneider and Pittsburgh Steelers contract administrator Omar Khan.
